Cineworld Aldershot is a 7 screen Complexity 4 Cinema located at Westgate Retail Park in Aldershot. The Cinema Team consists of 1 General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, 3 Team Leaders and 15-20 Team Members. Our Cinema operates from 9am - 2am depending on the film content. Our Peak periods of business is mainly evenings and Weekends but day time shifts are also required. The ideal Candidate will already have Team Leader/Supervisor experience or Cinema experience and will be fully available 7 days a week. This is a secondment role, full time role of 39 hours per week for 6 months and there maybe a requirement to cover at other sites within the company.

You and your team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivaled cinema experience for all Cineworld customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team members you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
