Cinema Manager Designate - Telford
The ideal candidate will be someone with strong leadership experience in the leisure/ hospitality sector and can demonstrate transferable skills, who is looking to further develop their career with Cineworld.
As a Cinema Manager, you will use your existing experience to ensure the smooth running of the cinema. This diverse role will see you managing the commercial aspects of the cinema. In addition to this, you will be highly visible providing a superior level of customer service and leading the team to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience.
This role is a designate role, and on completion of training you will be based at Cineworld Telford and will be required to support the cinema's in the local area of Shropshire/Wolverhampton/Birmingham when a position is available. This role requires the candidate to be flexible as they would be required to be mobile/able to drive. As we are in the cinema business, this role requires both weekend and evening working.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
* Stock Control
* Cash reconciliation
* Addressing and resolving customer complaints
* Recruitment, induction and training
* Coaching Team Leaders and Team Members
* Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
* Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
* Delivery of the Company Strategy to be the best place to watch a movie
* Performance management
* Operations management
* Budgetary management
