Deputy General Manager
As a Deputy General Manager your key focus will be to deliver our vision for customer experience, by ensuring a seamless and first-class delivery of the customer journey by your cinema team.
In addition to deputizing for the General Manager, you will be accountable for delivering the operational running of the cinema and ensuring the Cinema Leadership Team are developed to deliver in their roles.
Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.
The key focus of this role is to deliver the vision for the customer experience by ensuring fantastic delivery of the customer journey through your cinema team.
Responsible for delivering the operational running of the cinema on a day to day basis ensuring your management team are developed and equipped to deliver their role.
The Deputy General Manager role is only in our larger cinemas, and the salary is fixed at £35,000 per annum.
