Cineworld Hinckley is a complexity 5 site with 5 Screens. The cinema operates a full concessions stand, Baskin Robbins scoop ice cream and Pick 'n' Mix. The full Leadership team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, and 3 Team Leaders.
The ideal candidate will be an existing General Manager or a Deputy General Manager who is ready and looking for their first role as a General Manager. You will be extremely motivated, demonstrate that you live the values, show strong leadership skills and be fully focused on the Customer Experience.
As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll manage and oversee all aspects of running your cinema, from the day to day operations to financial performance. Assisted by a management team, you’ll work to deliver the Cineworld’s KPI’s and foster staff morale, whilst making sure everyone works in a safe and clean environment at all times. To succeed, you’ll need to have previous experience of senior management and the desire to strive for success.

* Managing shrinkage, wastage and margins
* Building internal and external business relationships
