You could be the new Retail Support Assistant at the Brentford support office, supporting the Retail Team with all general administrative tasks.

What will you be doing?  

  • You will support the category managers and other team members in respect of products and Brands, with general admin tasks including but not limited to data input, financial administration, query resolution, (including Vista and AX sales and finance systems) purchase orders, stock counts, performance insights.
  • You will be the first point of contact for Cinema enquiries and support.
  • You will be the business-as-usual support for internal and operational circuit stakeholders and the liaison for retail products, processes, stock, supply chain and equipment.
  • You will liaise with other team members and stakeholders on cross functional initiatives and carry out ad hoc duties as required or directed by the line manager.

About you 

  • You will be comfortable using a variety of software programs such as Excel and Word (essential), PowerPoint, Vista, Microsoft AX (desirable).
  • You will feel at home in a fast paced, dynamic and often reactive environment.
  • You are someone that has a strong understanding of what I means to be truly customer-focused and a genuine interest for Retail in a leisure situation.
  • You are someone with a thirst for learning and are ready to gain experience in the head office/support office environment, whilst exercising the wealth of retail knowledge you’ve gained from working in the cinema.
