Shift Supervisor – Starbucks Watford
Cineworld Watfird is operating a Starbucks coffeehouse. This is a licensed store and operated by Cineworld in partnership with Starbucks.
We are therefore looking for a Shift Supervisor who will help develop and drive this exciting business to complement the success of the cinema. Successful candidates will be required to attend a 7 week training programme at a local Starbucks store.
The Role of the Starbucks Shift Supervisor is to lead the Barista team during scheduled shifts and to support the cinema management team in running the Starbucks store. You will deploy the team and delegate tasks so that the Starbucks experience is created and maintained for our customers. You will act as an ambassador for the guiding principles of Starbucks and Cineworld.
The Cinema is a complexity 3 site with 9 screens, situated inside the Atria shopping centre The full management team consists of a General Manager, 2 cinema managers & 5 team leaders
You will be extremely motivated, demonstrate that you have a passion for cinema whilst living the values, show strong leadership skills and be fully focused on the Customer Experience.
