Cineworld Wandsworth has an exciting opportunity to recruit a Cinema Manager to join their team.
The Cinema opened in 2004 and is a complexity 2 site and boasts 14 state of the art auditoriums, including a 369 capacity SuperScreen and 152 capacity 4DX Screen. It operates with a full 10 till concessions stand, a separate Baskin Robbins Ice Cream stand with Pick and Mix and a Gaming Area on the ground floor. The store is located in the heart of Wandsworth in the very busy Southside shopping centre and is one of the leading cinemas in the South London area.
As a Cinema Manager, you will use your existing experience to ensure the smooth running of the cinema. This diverse role will see you managing the commercial aspects of the cinema. In addition to this, you will be highly visible providing a superior level of customer service and leading the team to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
* Stock Control
* Cash reconciliation
* Addressing and resolving customer complaints
* Recruitment, induction and training
* Coaching Team Leaders and Team Members
* Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
* Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
* Delivery of the Company Strategy to be the best place to watch a movie
* Performance management
* Operations management
* Budgetary management
