The key responsibility of the role is to deliver all strands of the Operations Strategy. This is to be achieved by leading the General Managers and creating an environment where people are engaged, enabled and empowered.
You will define, set and implement the strategy and vision to grow your region, ensuring that the highest standards are achieved and maintained at all times across the cinemas.
Contribute to the development of the business through involvement in additional project work.
Customer Experience
* Drive high levels of operational excellence across your region to offer an improved customer experience
* Support all Brentford initiatives by ensuring buy-in across the region
* Develop and maintain practices that ensure all cinemas are presented to the customer at a consistently high standard
* Encourage loyalty and brand recognition
* Ensure that cinemas deliver robust anti-piracy controls to protect the intellectual property rights of films and alternate content played within our cinemas, paying particular attention to vulnerable release alerts

* Have a sound understanding of the business numbers and reporting tools available
* Review all available business data and follow through as needed
* Ensure that a commercial approach is taken balancing the customer experience with the financial needs of the business
* Identify and support business opportunities across the Region to increase and maximise revenue and reduce costs
* Maintain a strong focus on growing the companies propositions and our Unlimited offer
* Know your markets and make recommendations to line manager where appropriate
General
* Maintain a sound understanding of all matters relating to Security and Health and Safety, sharing knowledge and expertise as required
* Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to expected business standards
* Proactively escalate areas of risk and produce plans to address where necessary
* Using a variety of methods, ensure an effective cascade of information, whilst promoting regular communication throughout your cinemas
* Be present across your region, spending time with all levels during cinema visits
* Compile reports on performance of the region for the Operations Director as required
* Any ad-hoc duties as required to support the needs of the business
