Duty Manager - West Norwood Library & Picturehouse
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic manager who can bring a passion for excellent customer service to this exciting venue. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the daily operation of the cinema. In addition, you will be setting the standard of exceptional customer service by leading the team in our value of ‘Nothing is too much trouble’.
Read, watch, eat or drink. West Norwood Library & Picturehouse is here for you. A lovingly restored library, 4 screen cinema and cafe-bar.
Please note there is a requirement to work 40 hours per week over any of the seven days with regular work in the evenings and weekends.

Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
