What is the job?
Being an Events Sales Executive is nothing short of being the dynamo within the events department at Picturehouse, essentially being the driving force behind everything exceptional that gets secured & delivered.
Could you be that dynamo? As the new Events Sales Executive here at Picturehouse you will support the Head of Events, and the wider team by managing all administrative tasks from handling inbound sales enquiries to generating reports on events operations for our regional sites.

What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for supporting the events team with all events & private hires sales coordination for regional sites. This includes acting as the primary point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, maintaining the CRM, booking meetings, liaising with multiple stakeholders and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
- You will be responsible for supporting the teams in the wider business and cinemas with all events related administrative tasks such as creating contracts for confirmed events, raising invoices, ensuring payments are received and all files are kept up to date.
- You will also need to generate reports on reservations, cancellations and feedback for management to review.
About you
- You should be someone that is confident communicating with customers and a wide variety of stakeholders via email and telephone. If you have a background in customer services, hospitality, entertainment or retail it would be a huge advantage!
- You pride yourself on being hyper organised, self-disciplined, possessing an eye for the small details and someone that thrives in an environment where you are constantly problem solving.
- You don’t mind the flexibility of working within the events and entertainment spaces because working some weekends and evenings will be required.
