Salary: From £40,000 depending on skills & experience
Contract: Permanent
What will you be doing?
You will be working closely with the Regional Manager to communicate and deliver the operations strategy across your cinema to achieve the highest quality customer experience possible.
You will be leading a team of people that fulfil a variety of roles from Team Members through to Cinema leadership. This will also include encouraging your team to continue their learning and career development.
You will help your team work towards key targets & KPIs that are used to improve revenue and cinema operations.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing large teams, including the running of general operations from health & safety to establishing best practices.
You will have experience managing the P&L, with the skills to analyse and identify opportunities for savings or growth.
You will be a strong communicator who can deliver key messages effectively and empower your team.
You will be someone who isn’t scared of leading by example, as this is a role where you will be required to be hands on and jump into various roles on the cinema floor on occasion.
