We are currently looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Project Specialist to report into  Lauren Dengate, Global Head of Talent Management. You will provide direct leadership support, engage in P&C initiatives and coordinate projects within the wider P&C function to keep initiatives on track. 

This new position combines personal and operational assistance with project management and will be a varied role that offers the opportunity to contribute to several initiatives that will transform how the People & Culture team support the global business. This vacancy could suit a highly organised P&C generalist that enjoys driving projects to completion.  

What will you be doing?  

  • You will assist with initiatives led by the Global Head of Talent Management and the VP of International People & Culture, ensuring standards and timelines are clearly defined and met. One of the immediate priorities for this role will involve significant involvement with our ongoing Oracle HRIS transition and will involve testing, rollout and adoption of new processes along with capturing feedback to ensure a successful launch. 
  • You will play a key role in completing P&C projects by taking a hands-on approach to executing tasks, coordinating operations and ensuring smooth delivery. These will be varied projects but, could include ones focused on engagement, recognition or anything across the spectrum of P&C. 
  • You will provide support to the Global Head of Talent Management, including but not limited to diary management, meeting coordination and tasks that enable your leader to focus on strategic objectives. 
  • You will manage project plans by coordinating and following up with team members to ensure steady progress, delivering regular reports that provide clear visibility to the leadership team, and facilitating leadership intervention when necessary. 

About you    

  • You’ll have proven experience in leadership support and solid project management skills 
  • You’ll be a confident HR generalist with a strong focus on People & Culture. 
  • You pride yourself on strong organisation and attention to detail, being able to manage multiple priorities for yourself and your leader will be key. 
  • You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and hold others accountable. 
  • You may also have experience with project management tools such as Jira and previously supported with system implementations. These would both be highly desirable.
