What is the job?

This is an exciting, strategic role at the heart of Picturehouse’s mission to celebrate diverse film culture and create unforgettable cinema experiences. You’ll be the driving force behind our Membership programme - shaping, growing, and evolving it to deliver exceptional value for our members while championing community, creativity, and loyalty.

Your work will ensure Picturehouse Membership is more than just a card, it’s a gateway to premium hospitality, cultural enrichment, and a vibrant community of film lovers. If you’re passionate about building connections and creating experiences that truly matter, this role is for you.

This role will be based at Picturehouse Cinema Support Office, Orange St, London WC2H 7HH

What will you be doing?

  • You will lead the development and execution of the membership strategy, driving growth and retention while achieving annual targets.

  • You will design and deliver engaging experiences for members, including national activities, events, VIP and festival passes, promotions, rewards, and seasonal gifting initiatives.

  • You will work closely with cinema teams to provide training and support, while gathering insights through research, surveys, and journey mapping to improve the member experience.

  • You will manage the membership CRM, track performance, provide analysis, and collaborate with the Marketing team on loyalty and retention initiatives.

  • You will build partnerships at both local and national levels, monitor competitors, and ensure the membership offer remains innovative and community-focused.

About you

  • You are a strategic and results-oriented professional with experience leading membership, loyalty, or audience engagement programmes, delivering on targets, and using data and insights to inform decisions.

  • You have a strong customer focus and are passionate about creating inclusive, culturally enriching, and engaging experiences for members through events, campaigns, and benefits.

  • You are collaborative and highly organised, skilled at managing projects, building relationships with cinema teams, partners, and stakeholders, and coordinating cross-department initiatives effectively.

  • You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire. Read more about them here -  About us
