What is the job?

As the Receptionist at Cineworld’s Cinema Support Office, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a professional and welcoming environment. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing reception duties, supporting meeting room setups, and assisting with administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to keep the office running efficiently and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. 

This role is fully on-site, based in Brentford, London, TW8 9AG. 

What will you be doing?  

  • You will greet visitors and manage incoming calls, ensuring a friendly and professional experience. 

  • You’ll prepare meeting rooms, set up Zoom calls, and arrange refreshments for meetings and events. 

  • You will keep office facilities stocked and handle mail, taxis, and contractor coordination. 

  • You’ll assist the Operations team with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and processing invoices. 

About you 

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable demeanour. 

  • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. 

  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools like Zoom. 

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential. 

  • You enjoy being helpful and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
