Regional Manager (Midlands)

An exciting opportunity to join the UK's number one Cinema Group as a Regional Manager covering the Midlands of England (locations listed below).

The key responsibility of the role is to deliver all strands of the Operations Strategy. This is to be achieved by leading the General Managers and creating an environment where people are engaged, enabled and empowered.

You will define, set and implement the strategy and vision to grow your region, ensuring that the highest standards are achieved and maintained at all times across the cinemas.

You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development of the business through involvement in additional project work.

Essential
