This role could be based at either Picturehouse Central Support Office, Orange Street or at your local cinema, and will be working closely with the Picturehouse Cinemas outside London so there will be regular travel involved.

What is the job?

Do you live and breathe marketing, local partnerships, and social media, with a burning desire to drive improved results within a culture where film, cinema, and the arts are championed, celebrated, and constantly put front and centre?

In this role, you’ll support the Picturehouse Marketing team to deliver impactful print, digital, and social media initiatives to both existing and new audiences across Picturehouse Cinemas outside London.

Marketing at Picturehouse is the wind in the sails of our cinemas. You’ll project manage creative and engaging campaigns that steer your local cinema towards deeper community engagement, increased footfall, and thriving event attendance.

What will you be doing?

  • You will collaborate with the marketing & events teams in the Support Office to project manage and help deliver all marketing strategies at a cinema level. This will include print, digital & social media marketing for both in-house and 3rd party initiatives.

  • You will need to build community partnerships and relationships across your region with businesses and local press to ensure effective delivery of campaigns that achieve our desired results.

  • You will be responsible for effectively communicating and ensuring delivery of the marketing strategy & new initiatives set out by the Support Office to the wider cinema team, ensuring they have all the necessary information for promoting campaigns within the cinema.

About you

  • You will have experience working on a variety of marketing initiatives within Cineworld/Picturehouse and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You possess excellent organisational and relationship-building skills, particularly when engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. A strong ability to prioritise tasks and ensure consistent support across all cinemas is essential.

  • You demonstrate initiative and can work independently, while also thriving in a dynamic team environment. You’re able to juggle multiple responsibilities, think creatively, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

  • You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire. Read more about them here -  About us
