Cineworld Telford is an 11 screen cinema located in the heart of the town centre at Southwater. The cinema operates on two floors and has both Imax and 4DX screens as well a Starbucks. Being in the middle of the entertainment district the cinema gets very busy during evenings and weekends while Starbucks also see’s a lot of trade from events at the ICC as well as shoppers from the town centre.
The Role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

* Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers.
* Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and partners at all times.
