We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who will help develop and drive this exciting business to complement the success of the cinema. Successful candidates will be provided a supervisor training programme in store.


The Role of the Starbucks Shift Supervisor is to lead the Barista team during scheduled shifts and to support the cinema management team in running the Starbucks store. You will deploy the team and delegate tasks so that the Starbucks experience is created and maintained for our customers. You will act as an ambassador for the guiding principles of Starbucks and Cineworld.


The Cinema is a complexity 1s site with 20 screens, situated Off J33 of the M1 between Rotherham and Sheffield Cities. It operates an exciting experience with a Baskin Robbins, a Café Bar, Starbucks, VIP experience, ScreenX, 4DX and an IMAX with Laser. The full management team consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 6 Operations Managers & 7 Team Leaders.

The ideal candidate will be an existing Cineworld Supervisor or a Team Member looking to take the next step in your career.
