Starbucks Store Manager – Telford
Cineworld Telford is a vibrant 11 screen cinema located at Southwater Square, Cineworld Telford is a complexity 4 cinema contain both IMAX and 4DX screen along with a Starbucks Store. The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers and 1 Starbucks store Manager, In role you will be responsible for a team of 3 Starbucks Supervisors and approximately 8 Baristas. Due to the fast paced and challenging nature of Starbucks Store this role is perfectly suited to an experienced Starbucks Store Manager or a Supervisor who is looking to take their first step into a management position.
The ideal candidate will need to be someone with strong leadership experience in the leisure/ hospitality sector and can demonstrate transferable skills, ideally be fully available 7 days a week with a full UK driving licence and someone who is looking to further develop their career with Cineworld.
Starbucks Manager
The Role of the Starbucks Store Manager is to lead the Supervisor and Barista team and to support the cinema management team in running the Starbucks store. You will deploy the team and delegate tasks so that the Starbucks experience is created and maintained for our customers. You will act as an ambassador for the guiding principles of Starbucks and Cineworld.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
* Engaging and connecting with customers ensuring your actions display the culture, mission and values of Starbucks through a hands-on, positive example
* Planning and executing all in store promotions, facilities, payroll costs, stock ordering and reporting processes are followed through effective monitoring and coaching whilst on shift.
