What will you be doing?  

  • You will support the management team in the effective running of the cinema by helping communicate the business KPIs and galvanising your team to deliver against the strategy objectives and ensuring that the end-to-end customer journey is as exciting and enjoyable as the content we show.

  • You will have a hugely people focused role which will require you to assist with the development of existing team members, mentoring of existing team members, induction & training of direct reports and leading team meetings.

  • You will help maintain high operational standards across all areas including film presentation, programming, scheduling, health & safety and cinema cleanliness.

  • You will help improve commercial success of the cinema by maximising revenue through sales initiatives and minimising costs through stock loss and strict banking controls.

About you 

  • You need to have demonstratable experience in a team lead or supervisory role for an organisation within a customer facing industry such as retail, hospitality & entertainment.

  • You will need to be comfortable communicating clearly, precisely and efficiently with team members of varying personalities.

  • You need to be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time and show excellent time management skills.
