40Hr Contract, Full Availability Required 8am Till Midnight
As a Team Leader, you will use your existing experience to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the cinema. In addition to providing leadership and support to our Team Members, you will be providing a superior standard of service to our guests and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
* Stock Control
* Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
* Addressing and resolving customer complaints
* Induction, Coaching & Training of Team Members
* Maintaining Standards
* Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
* Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
* Addressing & Resolving complaints
* Monitoring Compliance
