​What is your current role and tell us about your career to date with Cineworld?

General Manager, Cineworld Hull. I started as a Cinema Manager in 2013 and worked up to the Deputy General Manager role. I moved 300 miles to Poole utilising the company relocation scheme. During my time in the South, I was promoted to Bristol General Manager and then Whiteley General Manager. In 2019 I was lucky enough to return to my home town cinema of Hull as General Manager.

What do you enjoy the most about for working for Cineworld?

I really enjoy the people and helping them grow and develop in all areas of the cinema. I want my team to know that they are not just a number. They have the opportunity to develop a great set of skills, feel empowered, have a voice and really enjoy their time working as part of our team.
