Cineworld Cinemas operate a digital circuit of over 100 Multiplex cinemas and a growing Starbucks estate within 7 regions, across the UK and Ireland.
In order to ensure we are 'The Best Place To Watch A Movie' our team of over 5,000 colleagues offer customers an experience like no other, and the latest exhibition technologies including; Laser IMAX, Superscreen, D-Box, 4DX, Screen-X, ViP, laser projection and Dolby Atmos sound systems. In addition, we have further expansion plans over the coming years.

Team Member
If you have a passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service, then we want to hear from you! Our Team Members continuously support the smooth running of cinema operations and are provided with full training and development upon joining.
Weekly working hours will vary with the needs of your cinema. All shift patterns will be discussed at the interview stage and, where possible, your request will be honoured.
The hourly rate for Team Members will vary depending on location of your cinema (which has a pay banding) and your age. There are four pay bandings in total, and also two cinema specific rates of pay as outlined below:

Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading Team Members and your cinema's front of house operations. You will form part of the Cinema Leadership Team by acting as the first point of escalation for customer interactions, and assume the responsibility of a Duty Manager when required, which includes key-holding.
Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.
The Team Leader base salary is consistent across the Cineworld circuit, and in addition you may also receive a location allowance which will vary depending on the location of your cinema:

Cinema Manager
As a Cinema Manager, you will be tasked to consistently deliver business objectives and operational strategy by effectively managing a team of Team Leaders, and your cinemas day-to-day operations. As an integral member of the Cinema Leadership Team, your focus will on providing an engaging workplace environment, championing succession and development opportunities for all, whilst being a Duty Manager and key-holding on a regular basis.
Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.
The Cinema Manager base salary is driven by the 'complexity' of your cinema. Complexity is calculated though a variety of metrics, but the overarching performance indicator is the number of customer admissions. In addition, you may also receive a location allowance which will vary depending on the location of your cinema:

Deputy General Manager
As a Deputy General Manager your key focus will be to deliver our vision for customer experience, by ensuring a seamless and first-class delivery of the customer journey by your cinema team. In addition to deputizing for the General Manager, you will be accountable for delivering the operational running of the cinema and ensuring the Cinema Leadership Team are developed to deliver in their roles.
Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.
The Deputy General Manager role is only in our larger cinemas, and the salary is fixed at £35,000 per annum (€43,875 per annum in Dublin, Ireland).
General Manager
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for defining, setting and implementing your cinema strategy and vision to grow your business, whilst ensuring the highest standards of Audio Visual presentation and customer experience.
Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.
