​Cineworld Cinemas operate a growing network of 40 licensed stores within cinemas across Great Britain, which are in partnership with Starbucks.

Our teams of Baristas, Supervisors and Store Managers help develop and drive this exciting business, to complement and support the overall success of their respective cinemas. All new starters will be required to attend a dedicated training programme spanning several weeks at a local Starbucks store, prior to commencing in their job new role.

Opportunities with Starbucks

Barista

​The role of the Starbucks Barista is to support the cinema management team to deliver an excellent customer experience to all customers of Starbucks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the Starbucks experience is created and maintained, and will act as an ambassador for the guiding principles of Starbucks and Cineworld.

The hourly rate for Baristas will vary depending on the location of the cinema where your Starbucks store is located, and your age:

Age 18-22

Age 23+

Between £10.43 and ​£10.73 per hour

Between £10.68 and £10.98 per hour​

Supervisor

The role of the Starbucks Supervisor is to lead the Barista team during scheduled shifts and to support the cinema management team in running the Starbucks store. You will deploy the team and delegate tasks so that the Starbucks experience is created and maintained for our customers, whilst acting as an ambassador for the guiding principles of Starbucks and Cineworld.

The hourly rate for Supervisors will vary between £11.21 and £11.51 per hour depending on of the location of the cinema, where your Starbucks store is located.

Store Manager

The Starbucks Store Manager is required to exercise initiative in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, managing and coaching a team of Baristas and Supervisors, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing store performance against budget, stock control, health and safety and security.

Store Managers have complete autonomy to create and manage the Starbucks experience, acting as an ambassador of Starbucks guiding principles, cultures and values.

​The Store Manager base salary is driven by the size of the cinema where your Starbucks store is located, and ranges from £26,000 to £29,000 per annum. In addition, you may also receive a location allowance which will vary depending on the location of your Starbucks store.
