Every great film needs a sharp-eyed critic — and at Cineworld & Picturehouse, that’s where our Product Analysts step in. We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented team player who loves digging into data to uncover stories that drive smarter decisions. Just like spotting hidden Easter eggs in a movie, you’ll identify patterns in user behaviour, measure product performance, and shine a spotlight on opportunities that improve the guest experience and grow our business.

This role sits at the heart of our digital and product team, working with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that every decision we make is powered by insights — not guesswork.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll analyse user behaviour and product usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • You’ll define, track, and report on key product metrics and KPIs that guide decision-making.
  • You’ll support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to validate product changes.
  • You’ll translate data into actionable insights that influence strategy and product roadmaps.
  • You’ll build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Looker to bring data stories to life.

About you

  • You have 2–5 years’ experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • You are proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience using Python, R, or similar tools.
  • You’re comfortable with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • You bring strong problem-solving skills and can translate complex data into clear insights.
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • You will be a great fit if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire.
