In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team Members, you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Increasing Sales
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
